  5. Plagiarism Policy - Submissions are checked for plagiarism using standard detection tools. Any manuscript found to have significant levels of plagiarism will be rejected. Authors are encouraged to ensure originality in their work and proper attribution of all sources.
  6. Copyright and Licensing - Upon acceptance, authors will retain copyright to their work but will grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute their articles. All content is published under an open access Creative Commons license, allowing others to share and use the work with appropriate attribution.
  7. Publication Frequency - The journal is published biannually, with special issues on emerging topics in the fields of Arts, Humanities, Education, and Social Sciences periodically released.
  8. Author Responsibilities - Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their research and for responding promptly to editorial queries or reviewer feedback. They must also confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published or is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  9. Conflict of Interest - Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the objectivity of the manuscript’s review or publication process.
  10. Appeals and Complaints - In the event of a disagreement with the editorial decision, authors may appeal by submitting a detailed letter explaining the grounds for their appeal. All appeals will be carefully reviewed by the editorial board, and final decisions will be communicated promptly.
  11. Retractions and Corrections - The journal will publish corrections, retractions, or clarifications when necessary to maintain the integrity of the academic record. If errors or ethical issues are discovered post-publication, the editorial board will take appropriate corrective action.
